I am looking for figures on the use of alcohol contributing to the causes of traffic accident fatalities in recent years. Most of the time the statistics do not show in the total numbers of deaths from these accidents, just how many are pedestrians' misuse of alcohol. Opinions about C-sections?

Many people say doctors perform C-sections more then needed, I understand this in some cases, but I think sometimes it is needed. In my case, by the time I got to the hospital I was 5 cm dilated, upon arrival when the nurse checked my dilation she discovered my son was breech. They performed a C-section and I was only in the hospital for 45 minutes before my son was born which was very nice. After the C-section the doctor told me I have 2 uterus's which is why my son was not able to turn over, being that he had limited space inside my stomach because being that I have two uterus's (one is very small, and the other one which my son was in is smaller then average because the other one takes up space). Now if I was to insist on having a l birth the chances of everything going smoothly are very rare. I had every intention on having a l birth and when I found out I needed a C-section was very upset because I wanted a natural birth. My question is why do some people act as if most C-sections where by choice and say "oh well they could have flipped the baby if they really tried" ?

As we are paying for our wedding ourselves, we are having the reception catered at a local restaurant. The restaurant specializes in steaks and bbq (it's upscale bbq lol). We want to create a relaxed atmosphere...but tasteful and elegant. The reception room is very nice but will need some ideas...their only table cloths are black or red (not our wedding colors), the carpet is multi-colored burgundy, blues...all sorts. Contraceptive pill query?

I am trying a new pill with lower hormones and 18 days into my first packet I started bleeding. I carried on bleeding until part way through my pill free week and then stopped earlier than what I would of done normally. I'm now on my second packet but I'm worried if the bleeding would of made my pill less effective. As a result at the moment I'm using extra contraceptives as I'm terribly paranoid that the pill won't be covering me properly, even though I have taken all my pills as I should. I know its not unusual for irregular bleeding when you start a new type of pill as it states it with the leaflet that came with the tablets. Should I be protected enough on my pill against pregnancy or not? Any advice would be appreciated.

After I had my son, I received a rhogam shot. When I came in for my 6 week checkup he said he forgot to give me a rhogam shot at 28 weeks and I would have to come back several weeks later for a blood test. My blood type is AB- and my husbands is a positive. I came back and got the blood test, it showed up positive for antibodies. He told me to come back in a couple weeks and get another blood test. I got a phone call saying the test came back normal. My son is now ten months. I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive, four days later it looks like I am no longer pregnant. I am wondering if the lack of the rhogam shot during my first pregnancy could have affected this one. Any help, thanks.

Loss of power on my 95 bonneville. No real pick up whatsoever?

The loss of power sucks...My car sounds like its sputtering, and the only time it seems to have any kind of pick up is when the car is cold or when im at 50mph and above and thats with me slowly pressing on the gas,and even then you can hear the sputtering. I've replaced the fuel filter, no change. I just heard a heartbreaking story on the news about a shelter in Sacramento that's being forced to euthanize their cats. They're already putting down 17 of them Thursday morning! I love every kind of animal, so I immediately felt an urgency to go over to the shelter and adopt some. Thing is, I live about 2 hours away, and one time I brought home a foster cat without telling my parents and they weren't too pleased when the cat kept throwing up. If I could, I would adopt the cats regardless, but I won't be able to drive out there myself. But just recently my mom almost brought me home a cat that her friend couldn't keep. I think there's hope that my parents (or at least my mom) won't mind having a couple cats--especially under the cirstances. But what if they won't let me? I would be devastated if I couldn't help!

Why doesnt my cat prefer me?

Almost New Toshiba Satellite won't finish Booting Up?

Less than a month old Toshiba Satellite laptop running Windows 7. Battery died before we finished booting down. I have an 8 year old autistic child who is in pull-ups and I need help with potty training.?

My child knows (most of the time) when its time to go. I just need help with getting comfortable in the bathroom on the toilet. The child will sit for a few minutes but then hops up and wants a pull-up on to do whatever needs to be done be it number 1 or 2. Can anyone help please. Can the non custodial parent be in trouble for not filing his taxes just to avoid paying child support?

Hi quick details here. My ex, who has never had anything to do with his daughter, owes back child support. She is 11 yr old and last year 08 my husband (who my daughter only knows as dad) adopted her. However my ex still owes child support for the 10 yrs before that. He is responsible for everything up until the adoption was final this I know. I know they will take his taxes because he owes child support problem is he doesn't file. As far as I know he has not filed since 04. I live in Illinois and last year they sent notices to anyone owing back support saying that if they didn't pay their support for so many days ( I think 90 days) they will take your license yeah that didn't happen. Its been much longer than 90 days since he last paid support. But anyway back to the taxes. I am pretty sure that he isn't filing because it is just a waste of time for him he has to pay up front to have them done and he has to spend his time preparing them when he isn't going to get anything back. If he did get a refund I would get it so why should he file right?? That is what I am sure he is thinking. Can he get in trouble or is there something I can do to make sure he files? I am pretty sure its against the law not to file even if you are due a refund am I right? Especially if you are not filing because you owe child support.

Hi I have motion sickness now so what do I do?

I used to love to go anywhere in the car but now I cant even go to the mall. I get sick on turns swerves and especially going downhill. I feel as though I am a prisoner inside my own home and I cant take this anymore. I am on Ritalin, Strattera, and Haldol. And those do not have side affects of motion sickness. They do have side affects of dizziness and things like that. Ive tried the Sea Band thing but they dont work. I am tired of being trapped in this house. I do not wish for this to happen to me anymore and I want to get back to the way that things use to be to where I can go to someones house, and hang out with my friends. Also I want to get my license. And I have to call and cancel the damn appointment now because this weird thing thats going on with me controls me. The ways of sitting do not help, and also listening to music does not help either. I can not keep my consentration long enough to read in the car for fifteen minutes. And I do not have medical insurance right now so I dont know if I can do biofeedback. Please help. So ive been having protcted .I had at the beginning of june & had my period the week after. it was like any other period. Bios pword on Inspiron 1721?

So a friend and I spent a good 3 hours trying to figure out his Dell's BIOS pword so we can change the boot order to install Windows 7. We found a few good things on google such as taking out the CMOS battery to running a debug script in CMD. Nothing we did worked so I come to you guys. It's an Inspiron 1721 Laptop with Vista and we want to remove / find out the bios pword. Dell customer service want's like $60 since it's out of warrenty and holding the power on down for 5 minutes didn't help either. (We haven't actually tried removing the CMOS battery because he didn't want to go in that deep.) What else could you guys recommend?

Screechy high notes on the flute?

While playing the flute, my sister heard how I was playing and she remarked that while I was playing the notes of the highest octave (B flat - F), they were quite screechy and unpleasant sounding. I haven't thought of this nor have I noticed that I was playing the highest octave so wretchedly (I havent heard another flute player play in half a year and I dont have my old band director who was a flute player to teach me anymore). Ok on 11/17/09 i had a stillbirth baby at 20 weeks gestation, i was devastated and i still am, i started to move on with life as i don't let it hurt as much anymore as it did a few months ago. On 11/18/09 i was released from the hospital on the depo shot. A week later maybe 11/27/09 i started having unprotected again with my husband i didn't care to wait the 6 weeks as i was clinically depressed and i didn't care about anything at that time. On 12/08/09 i had a repeat sonogram transl and a cbc done, i went back to my docotor on 1/20/10 for results and she told me my ovaries appeared to look like it had a cyst in it 1 ovaries was like an egg and the other ovaries was split in half like 2 small eggs she said that happens after birth or while on depo, nevertheless i paid it no mind and for the past few days i have been having abdominal movements it feels really like baby kicks and I'm starting to get scared. I don't have insurance to see a doctor right now but i did take 4 HPT and they were all negative plus i was on depo so i should have been covered for pregnancy right? i skipped the next dose that was due feb 17th 2010 because i hated the effects but if i got pregnant within feb to now i wouldn't feel any movements in fact i would be only maybe 6 weeks along or so,,,,it is not my bowels i use the bathroom regularly and nicely and i p gas all the time so it's not gas either, it's not painful it's just a good amount of movements throughout the day i can see it and feel it, I'm a 280lb female so for something to be moving around in all this fat and be able to still see it has me on pins and needles, I have 2 daughters already and back in 2004 i had all negative HPT and an ultrasound was preformed and i was 11 weeks along with my 2nd daughter and didn't even know. I keep having breakdowns I have had maybe six in the past month, this morning I had one because I didn't feel pretty enough. I went to P-town, MA. at the end of august and had unprotective with a guy. I am a 22 year old student and I 'm going crazy. about 4 and a half weeks later i started getting these crazy itchy bumps on my stomach, wrists, arms, thighs, and . There were never concetrated spots, very spread out. They itch a LOT and are very uncomfortable. Some of them have disappeared complete, others are barely visible and not itchy, but at the same time more are coming. My skin always feels scratchy. When i had unprotected it was for maybe 5 mins and there was no ejaculation (from what i remember). Now that 6 weeks have ped, i woke up this morning and i saw on my shoulder freckle-like dots, that look like a hickey but not as big. I 'm reaking out. Best way to get rid of stretch marks?

I was really fat when I was younger, and when i had my stretch marks they were red and ugly, but now I lost a ton of weight like 3-4 years ago maybe even five but i have clear stretch marks where the red ugly ones used to be. I try to be a good Christian wife. And my husband really is a good man in most respects. He's hard-working and Bible believing...he's an awesome father and helps with the kids when he can and he is good at giving me gifts and some opportunities for "me" time...so I don't want to seem like I'm husband bashing or that I'm unhappy or want out of my marriage...but I gave up a lot to be a stay at home wife and mom...I know most people think that's an awesome thing but that was never my dream. I had career and personal goals and love to earn money and be out doing things...being a mover and shaker! But for my husband I settled down, had two kids, and stopped working...so now because I don't work and make money, I often feel like I have no say and my life revolves around what my husband wants me to do. I can't give when I want to give. I can't drop and help someone, not even if I could find a babysitter because he doesn't want anyone watching our kids except for my mother-in-law and she's limited on how often she can do that...like I have a brother who has asked me to help him financially for college and has asked me to go here and there with him but my husband says no...and so when I at least get on the phone and talk to him and schools and family to try to iron out problems for him, my husband gives me a hard time...anytime I want to help someone in need, he gives me a hard time and says my focus needs to be 100 percent on family needs...I don't feel like I neglect family needs. It would be nearly impossible for them to get so tangled up that it would cause harm to you or your babies, and if that were to happen it certainly wouldn't have been from anything you did. At 18 weeks you are far enough along (meaning they are getting too big!) to really dance around each other enough to have that happen. I am pregnant with a singleton and went through a whole heap of anxiety regarding this and my OB was very reuring. It also helped me once she explained that the cords will get "pinched" or "elbowed" on occasion in later pregnancy (multiples and singles) with no effect.

My parents are really old and I'm worried about them?

My parents had me quite late. My dad is 68, my mom is 50 and I'm only 13. A lot of times, people confuse me as their granddaughter. I'm also kind of worried about people making fun of me in high school because my parents are so much older than theirs'. And I'm not ashamed of my parents at all, I love them to pieces. But my mom has lung and kidney cancer and I'm really worried about her dying soon as well as my dad since he's really old. Disk unreadable error after bumping my 360?

So I'm playing Madden 2009 when I accidentally bumped my Xbox 360, which caused the game to freeze on me. I turned off the console and turned it back on only to get a disk unreadable error telling me to 1. Wipe disk with soft cloth. or 2. Restart the console. I've done both a million times to no avail. I had my ACL repaired about 2 years ago. I am now taking cles towards my EMT degree and recently had to get CPR certified. Most of the cl was spent kneeling over the manikins practicing. I could only do this a few times before the pain was unbearable. I have that problem too. Do your splits against a wall and have someone walk you into the wall. I know it sounds weird but trust me it's amazing. As for your posture I saw just keep correcting it and eventually it will naturally happen. That's what I had to do. Try breaking in your shoes better. If they are broken in then it's very easy to get all the way up. I just got my third pair and they are still stiff and if I didn't have a strong arch I wouldn't be able to get all the way up. For your arches go up on demi pointe everyday and push over in plie. Do this everyday along with normal ballet exercises and your arches should gradually get better.

I don't like them, at all. They sound just like every other band out there, and are extremely too slow for me. Their music has no real meanings to it, and is completely on my 'boredom' scale. Bony back problem?

Well I'm at a pretty normal weight (I'm 5'4 and 108 lbs) BUT I have a pretty bony back. I don't know why. My spinal cord and shoulder blades stick out too much and it doesn't look very nice. I don't know what to do because I have fat elsewhere. My back also hurts when I sit against a hard chair for too long. I don't think I can fix this any other way than by gaining more weight, but I don't want anymore weight on my lower body. So what do you think I should do...accept my bony back or put on the pounds? How does the privacy setting work on Blogger?

I know that you have to go to settings and select permissions then select the "only people i choose" option.. but won't that make it more complicated for my friends to view my blog? Is now a good time to plant cool weather crops?

This is my second year growing a food garden, so I'm still pretty new to this. Last year I did mainly transplants, but this year I want to grow some plants from seed that I didn't grow last year. I've always heard you should get "cool weather crops" seeds into the ground in late February, provided the ground is workable, which it is. I was thinking of prepping my garden with compost and fertilizer this weekend, then planting carrots, lettuce, and onion seeds next weekend. I live in northern AZ, so it doesn't get too terribly cold here in the winter (average February temps. Are in the 40s, and average March temps in the 50s). We will still get a few more frosts. Would next weekend be a good time to plant those 3 or should I wait a little longer? (I don't want them to be killed by the scorching heat in the summer by planting too late either).

Can't find talented musicians for band...?

I live in a small town on the Tombigbee River in Alabama (against my will) and I have yet to find any talented musicians. I would really like to start a band, for I am a capable musician that exceeds on piano and is good at rhythm guitar and composing music (I've written a some lead before, but only one really good solo that accompanies a piano riff). I know my helping of music theory along with how to read and am a teenage self taught musician. I have looked constantly to find someone that can play an instrument acceptably and can read, yet I haven't found anyone up to my expectations. I am one of the only kids I know that has even heard any good rock music (no one else has heard of any songs by the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Van Halen, Aerosmith, and I am not joking). Any suggestions in finding somebody that knows enough to get the job done?
