Sleeping problem; pregnant with identical twins?

It would be nearly impossible for them to get so tangled up that it would cause harm to you or your babies, and if that were to happen it certainly wouldn't have been from anything you did. At 18 weeks you are far enough along (meaning they are getting too big!) to really dance around each other enough to have that happen. I am pregnant with a singleton and went through a whole heap of anxiety regarding this and my OB was very reuring. It also helped me once she explained that the cords will get "pinched" or "elbowed" on occasion in later pregnancy (multiples and singles) with no effect.
