Problem with my computer?

Every time I boot phantsy star online the screen turns black then it returns back to the desktop with a big black box in the left upper corner of the screen and says it has in countered a problem and dr. watson debugs it. This happens with phantsy star online blue burst and phantsy star online ver2 i think my computer meets the minimum requirements but this keeps on happening please help.
