I moved but have same washer, new dryer. IF I go outside a bad smell comes from clothes. If inside fine. Help?

If you suspect the water, I would add a water purifier to the line to see if that reduces or eliminates the odor on your clothing. Water softeners tend to also be purifiers, so it might be worth considering a water softener (uming you don't already have soft water).
