How should I get my hair done?

Okay, I'm trying to decide on a new look. So, I'm 5'5 and i have very pale skin. My hair is a golden blonde color and I have green eyes. My hair at the moment is just past my shoulders and I have a heart shaped face. I'm a size 6. Do you think my hair would look good if I were to dye it black or dark brown. I also would like to get it cut in a new style. Maybe a shag. I've been wanting to try some new looks that are drastic. Advice would be great. Thanx.
