I think my laptop is monitored by securus?

On my school laptop it doesnt have the securus client installed (i dont think) but when I join my school network all logs get sent, so I think im being monitored, but what I do out of school is none of there ******* bussiness, and is a breech of the privacy act, theres no login agreement or policys and when i signed the lease contract for the laptop there was nothing about usage and being monitored.. the person who is in charge of securus allways gives me looks, I dont use it for but when i chat to friends and my XD friend...well, how can i find out if it has it on or how could i remove it... its a breach of privacy
