Will Obama receive the Hero of the Russian Federation medal?

News to me, I did not know that Obama was contributing anything positive anywhere, with the exception of doling out more money to his cronies, the banks, corporations, and wall street. Can anyone imagine how much a mere billion dollars or 2 divided amongst the citizens would have prevented the collapse of the economy.
