Should I go to my doctor?

I have DVT in my right leg(surgery),and over the past week or two I've been having poor circulation in my foot.My foot has been swelling and falling asleep a little more often,as well as some discoloration.It doesn't last for too long.I am taking coumadin,when I remember to.I haven't had my bloodwork done in a month.Last lab results came up normal with the 8mg a day.Should I be worried about more clotting and see my doctor??I can't afford the med bills that have been piling up over the past year....
