Which part of God talks to Benny Hinn?

At the end of Benny's show, he closes his eyes when God talks to him telling him that he's healing someone (usually a backache or similar, never like a missing limb). Is it The Holy Spirit, The Father, or The Son?Also I'd be interested to know if He talks in tongues?
