How hard is it to transfer to a mechancial/aerospace engineering dual program?

from communiity college in pennsylvania. I'm still a freshman but to be on the safe side lets say a 3.0 GPA.. GED NO SAT/ACT or high school transcript. I was looking at Missouri, ASU, Daniel Webster, Oklahoma.
